Here’s how it works

One

You provide us with your details, click some boxes to describe your skin, tell us a bit more about your general lifestyle and upload a few selfies. If you don’t want to upload selfies, that’s OK - we’ll get in touch to get the info we need (but it’s quicker and more accurate with the photos).

TWO

We take a look and pass your (anonymous) info through our dermatologist-trained algorithm which is constantly updated with the newest and most effective products on the market. The algorithm comes back with specific recommendations for off-the-shelf products that are right for you.

THREE

Our estheticians (they’re highly-trained skin specialists, look it up) tweak the algorithm recs.

FOUR

You get an email about 72 hours later which outlines:

Your routine including each of the products and why we like them for you.
Specific instructions on how and when to use the products.

Once you’ve approved your products, your esthetician will arrange for them to be shipped to your home.

AND THEN…

We’ll get in touch after you’ve had your kit for four weeks to see how you’re going (but you can reach out any time before then).
